Terms of Service
Maintained by Elite Rides
Requesting a ride
Submitting a request through this card starts a conversation — it is not a confirmed booking. A ride is confirmed only after an Elite Rides team member responds and agrees on the details with you.
Service area
Elite Rides provides private, recurring, airport, appointment, and group transportation throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. Trips outside that area may be arranged by request.
Passenger conduct
We ask passengers to be ready at the agreed pickup time, to travel with a seatbelt fastened, and to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to decline or end service for unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Cancellations and changes
Plans change. Please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust the schedule. Late cancellations may affect availability for future recurring service.
Payment
Rates are confirmed with you before service. Payment terms are agreed directly with Elite Rides.
Communications
By providing your mobile number you agree that Elite Rides may contact you about your request. Text message consent is optional and can be withdrawn by replying STOP.
